Your telephone call requesting service will be dealt with personally at our Bath service reception centre. They will log your call on the most up to date service management software and your service coordinator will allocate the call to one of our team of engineers, who are all trained to exacting standards by the manufacturers. They will attend your premises quickly to repair any faults found on your machine with the intention of maximising the uptime of this key equipment. We provide a service response way in advance of industry standards. Our field technicians will telephone you to ascertain whether the problem can be fixed over the phone to provide an instant fix, or whether a temporary fix can be applied whilst the engineer is on route.The software enables the progress of every call to be monitored, tracked and assessed to ensure quality standards are maintained.

Toner is supplied via accredited carriers who can track the progress of your delivery at any stage. This ensures clean and flawless delivery of vital toner supplies. We offer same day, next day or standard service to suit your requirements.As more and more of this technology fulfils a multi functional role i.e. one device will now print, scan, copy, email etc, fast effective and efficient delivery of service has become the paramount issue and at 1st Office our service division receives the lion share of training budget and staffing levels to ensure that we remain 1st for your natural choice of service provider.
